How to put in a header graphic

I can't find where to upload a header graphic anywhere in my ACP. Where is the option

you have to upload your graphic first at a place such as: https://servimg.com and http://photobucket.com and copy and paste the direct URL into the URL space, of the banner spot.

But where on my ACP do I put the link?

got to ACP -> Display -> picture management -> advanced....
then u'll find all the pictures and their links.... the top one is the banner... simply erase the old link and put in your new link
