How to make a forumotion theme?

I really need to know how to make a forumotion theme so I can start making some...

My way (Simple) --> Make new forum --> Go to CP --> Edit your theme from their

Can't seem to remember stuff since i left =S

Give chance to open source alternatives !

You can also use GIMP to make your pics. For example, all my skins' pics are made with GIMP.

btw, I'll ask the GFX guys for news about my guidelines topic
