Moving the Ads

I know removing ads isn't possible unless you want to pay.
I was wondering if it's possible to move the ad somewhere else. Like the sidebar or the buttom of the page.
If it isn't possible, how can I center the ads? I know that the register button is kinda big, is that what's causing it?
