Adding .html files, where? Empty Adding .html files, where?

Post by Deano1234 Thu May 28, 2009 1:43 am

Hi,

Okay so I have PHBB3 and have found a personal theme I wish to use. Only problem is, is that I have no clue where to put the .html files

for instance:

Code:
{L_LOGIN}    {LOGIN_EXPLAIN}
{LOGIN_EXPLAIN}

{L_LOGIN_INFO}

{L_TERMS_USE} | {L_PRIVACY}
  class="row2"class="row1">
{LOGIN_ERROR}
style="width: 45%; text-align: {S_CONTENT_FLOW_END};">{L_USERNAME}:
{L_REGISTER}
style="width: 45%; text-align: {S_CONTENT_FLOW_END};">{L_PASSWORD}:
{L_FORGOT_PASS}
{L_RESEND_ACTIVATION}
    {L_LOG_ME_IN}
    {L_HIDE_ME}

{L_LOGIN_CONFIRMATION}
{L_LOGIN_CONFIRM_EXPLAIN}
{CONFIRM_IMAGE}
{L_CONFIRM_CODE}:
{L_CONFIRM_CODE_EXPLAIN}
colspan="2" align="center">{S_HIDDEN_FIELDS}

{S_FORM_TOKEN}

Hope you can help. Where am I suppose to put them?
I uploaded the imaages and the CSS stylesheet already.

Thanks

Hello,

you cannot "import" or "export" files.

However you can create a HTML Page if you want.

No, you cannot edit your forum using that; its just a simple HTML web page for your forum.

Just remembered, u can edit the templates if your forum is a PHPBB2 (but not any other versions)

Always glad to help out mate; I like to do it Smile

http://rapidshare.com/files/238014385/AeroBlack1.3.1.zip.html

The code I believe is html. I'm not 100% sure, I'm not a coder. :p

If you download and open the .zip you will see there are a load of files finishing with ".html". I am asking where to add them.

Thanks:)

Umm, yea.....

iv just tittled and tottled the whole admin panel, and I cant find anything that will recognize it. Sorry.

You can't add this, as ForuMotion does not recognize it.

Maybe it is CSS, someone with a little more CSS knowledge than myself may be able to answer this. Wink

Its not CSS, the code above appears to be part of the PHPBB3 Template engine, since forumotion does not run off PHPBB3, it will not work. That sort of code will only work on a proper installation of PHPBB3, which you must isntall yourself.
