Memberlist Empty Memberlist

At the top of my forum, just like on this forum, there is a tab entitled, "Memberlist".

Even is I am just a visitor, not registered to my forum, guests can view members on the forum (their contact information, etc..) and I want to make this invisible to those that may land on my forum home page.

I don't want the option for guests to see the Memberlist, just registered users.

Can someone please help me with this?

Admin Panel>Users and Groups>Special Rights
