Solved Help with my navigation bar

ok so i have all i need for my navigation bar and i look in to see how to instill one ..did all that but when i go to PREVIEW FORUM button on the bar r way to small ......and i don't want to keep changing my theme.....

and i'm trying to get that pic of the bar as well to one color

Some themes don't allow nav bars.
