You see,when My Members fill the typing spaces and click save it says: "Sorry, you cannot suscribe on this forum. Please contact the administrator." I hope this problem can be carried-out...

Based on what I'm reading, you're describing that members can't customize certain fields on their profiles.

Go to your Admin Panel >> Users and Group >> Profiles

There will be a list of profile fields where you as the administrator can make some edits. You may have to go through them one by one, but you should have an idea of the ones that you want members to be able to modify.

With the new updates a few weeks ago, something happened with the min/ max. user age.
Try changing the max. age to as high as it will go.
That is what helped others who had same prob.
