How do I change the font colour of the login box and welcome text header

My forum is below and when people go to login the font colour is a grey colour on a black background which is hard to see. The same font colour is being used with the welcome note header and other places in the forum such as password change screen. Can anyone tell me how to change this font colour or what the code is to change it in the CSS Stylesheet
