Members cannot post on any thread on my forum Empty Members cannot post on any thread on my forum

My members are PMing stating that they cannot post on any thread or in any category on my forum. I signed in as a regular member and could post. More than one person has already PMed me stating they are not able to post or start new topics.

I asked one person to send me what message they are getting, they sent this:

Sorry, but only Administrators can post topics in this forum.

I checked all my permissions, everything is set properly.

What could I be missing?

Seems to be fixed for now. Didn't do anything though, it's just working now.
