Portal Widgets

Hey guys I am needing some help here again lol. Very Happy

I want to have a Custom Portal Widget Block, which I know how to create, but I would like it to have an online time (Clock), that displays the time, and the number of hit counts my website got. I know this is possible but I am not sure how, so can someone please tell me where I can get these two "items" and how I can add it to my Custom Block?

did u see this widget in any other forum?if yes,give me the screenshot for it...as far as i understood,u can use 222.hitstats.com for them (its a very nice site!)and,u can also google it!

I don't really remember, but I have seen on random sites, but I will let you know if I see one again.
