Links exceed character limit.

Hi I have a problem, I visited the html activation page and activated html on both my admin profile on the forum and the administration panel

yet whenever I post a picture link from a different host site or even a link to another site in general i get this message

"The length of the title for this topic must be ranging between 10 and 255 characters"

It works fine if i preview it, it just dosent get posted.

The title of the post should be more than 10 characters. It is less than 10, hence nothing gets posted. Nothing to do with html.

But you can change max/min lengh in AdminPanel...

oh lol duh... looks like I need to learn how to read X_x thanks guys!

I was thinking the message itself was too long because of the link somehow.
