translation missing

Dear supporters,

I have a small problem in Uyghur/Uighur language version of Forumotion. In general, its been translated very nicely. Just few things has not been translated, e.g. "Home" in the navigation bar, "Latest topics" widget, "Gallery" and few more. I would like to translate by myself but know idea how to do. Could anyone help me on this issue, I would be very much appreciated!!!

could anyone help on this issue???? I have sent several messages to some users, but still got nothing. This is not only important to me, its important for any Uyghur/Uighur users, now and future!!!!

all of languages are like this, i've sent a message to site administrator and I hope he/she answer me! we have to wait

for god's sake, where is the board files, or language packets??? all I wanted is just to do the translation!!!
