well,
when we put the background it will be tile .
how to make it STRETCH.. only 1 pic instead of tiles .

Well, I cant help.
Sorry.

well you would have to make the image big to begin with,

say full screen or as close as, You can do this by using photoshop.

Then once done upload it using something like tiny pic and add the url to the CSS code you have (Admin/Display/Colors/CSS Stylesheet)

Example:
