How to enable report post system

Hey,
I noticed that on Forumotion beside the edit button are two buttons. The report post, and lock post. How do I enable these in my forum?

Their already activated, they should be working.

I know what you meant, But their already actived.
They are not supose to have a Acitve, Or Decline button.

Except for Mods.

oh, mine doesn't have those
