ACP=>Modules Tab=>Points and reputation=>Points system=>Points management=>Edit points=>Save

it is for editing the points for topic and post

it is CP=>Modules Tab=>Points and reputation=> points donation => there type the username 's name => and save

Also,you missed out something:

ACP=>Modules Tab=>Points and reputation=> points donation => there type the username 's name=> Set the member's points => and save
