Give Infractions? Empty Give Infractions?

I've seen this before on many forums, but they were payed for, I don't know if free forum hosting does this. Does it? If so, then how do you give an infraction?

You've seen this on vBulletin forums...

You can do something like this.

Administration Panel=>Users & Groups Tab=>Users=>Profiles=>Press Give Infractions? Ajouter=>When filling in the info,use the type as images list and choose moderators for Who can modify the profile field value=>Enter the URLs of the warning bars=>Save

You have to create a profile. Allow only moderators to edit it and put in the URL for the warning bar. (look at the green one under your name)
