Uploading Pics Problems

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone could help me, i have created my forum, but when i upload my pic it comes up saying,

No login and password have been defined in the administration panel of the board.
To access on this page you have to create an account or log in

I dont understand this as im already logged in, can anyone help me.

That is a strange glitch that happens sometimes?
I Never understood why it happens but will every once in the wile to me too.

just use http://tinypic.com/ or photobucket if you have a photobucket account? But tinypic works just as well and you can also resize if you wish.
just be sure to use the direct link code (http://) for your images.
