Rank colour problem

i have set white colour for the rank "member" but all member names appear in golden colour...plz help me out.....i want all member names to appear in the colour i specified.......

Hum... you you mean that you have set the color for the members GROUP white? or did you use a html code on the rank title?

i used the html code for rank title

Code for rank will only work for ranks.
It won't affect the username colors.

to add: you need to create a group and manually put members in to change their username color
