Word censor ignores banned words on post edit

If you edit an existing post you can type in words that would be picked up by the censor the first time round. How can I fix this?

Have you tried clearing your cache yet buddy, as it censors for me.
Note: I edited it a total of 10 times.
And if the word as a * near it it wont censor.
