Portal Widgets: A picture with a hyperlink in it
Ok, I have used forum motion before but I recently decided to start trying it again with a friend of mine. However the portal option wasn't here when I last used it. I am trying to pictures put a hyperlink into them and then put them into a widget on the portal. I could provide a screenshot of another website I have seen do it if that helps. I found this searching but I don't know if it is even relevant to me and how to use it. In the post it said that would make the picture link to the site you wanted it to go to. However I don't know where to put that in for html. XDXD
<a href="LINK TO DIRECT.com" target="_blank">NAME OF SITE DIRECTED HERE</a>
Basically, I want a picture(well actually 2 pictures in 1 widget) and have them link to 2 different websites.
I went to microsoft word added the hyperlink in then saved it as a web page and then extracted the html coding that word created for it since I can't read html and I tried inserting that into the widget however the picture didn't appear just the word I had the picture saved as and it was able to take me to the site I had it saved in as a hyperlink.
I hope that was all understandable. Most of this is new to me T_T. Thanks for help guys.
