New glossy rank design with pattern inside

i have created a bit glossy rank of member....if u like it then i'll make a set for u....also if u need me to make some adjustments like change size or colour then dont hesitate to write...and dont mind if u dont like it

Make the font size small...

Small text would look better.
Make it transparent

it is transparent..........it looks like this here but try putting it in ur forum......u'll notice its transparent
here it is with reduced size.....does anyone need as set of this?

You need to decrease the size of the font, and the size of the icon first, mate.

I don't like the font.And try getting rid of the extra ends...

1. Make the font smaller.
   
2. Change the font to something more appealing.
   
3. Have the corners transparent.
   
4. Try creating different colored ranks because some boys here would might like this rank but in a different color.

Other than that, all I have to say is complete the whole set.

guuyzz.......can anyone help me getting this icon transparent?...plz.....actually this is my 2nd design and so i need help making it transparent...m using photoshop.....so plz guyzz...anyone?....and yes i will be posting a set with:

1. reduced size
2. different colours
3. a gud luking font
