Would I be able to ad the google ads and earn some money on clicks, have some advertisment banners on my left pannel

Yes you can, however it is observed that the google adsense code generally does not work on widgets for some weird reason. For some people it works.

It is not possible to add it on after each post. Only possible on the

In phpbb2 adding pub after each post should be possible.
