Visible First post throughout Every Pages of thread.

I'm wondering if there's a way to make the first post in every thread be visible throughout every pages of their respective threads. I hope it also work here in forumotion. I just don't know how. Cause i see some forum able to make this appear in their forum. I believe it is really useful for the forum so they can see the first post even at the last page so there is no need to go to first page to read it.

Hope somebody could led me a hand here..
