Solved Registration Problem

Hello, I created a forums for a alliance on my game and I am having trouble with the Registration. One of the people in my alliance tried to Register and it keeps saying "sorry that user name is already in use" But I have gone on and checked the user names and email and he is not on there. My forums URL is http://gran.forumotion.net

Users & groups>Inactive users
