How to change the limit of Avatar & Signature's size?

And how to make so user can change their own rank?

You can't change the limit of avatar and signature sizes.

Read the forumotion limits=>here

Members can't change their rank.An admin can set the rank administration so members can post,and when they have a certain number of posts,they will achieve a certain rank.
