Edit: I took out the old crappy ones and replaced them with:

I didn't saw the old ones, but these ones you can improve them by adding some gloss. Too..Simple yet ugly in a way.

Try to give more feeling into your work.

It's not a filter. It's using gradient and circle marquee.

I like the AOL guy, but the background is way too basic. Plus, the font is horrible in the 'Administrator' rank. I'm not too fond with these.

I think that they should look more professional.
I suggest adding: border, gloss and a better font. The quality is not very good too.
