PROBLEM WITH BACKGROUND IMAGE Empty PROBLEM WITH BACKGROUND IMAGE

I would like to change the image i got from hitskin in the forum i created.
I already have an account and log in password... however note still pops up when im loading an image to replace the original image.

No login and password have been defined in the administration panel of the board.
To access on this page you have to create an account or log in
