Edit post date/time not working?

For some reason, whenever I edit a post it isn't showing the date/time or the "Last edited by..." message. How do I make this appear each time? It works sometimes but not others.

Honestly idk but i wondered too , its right sometimes ex i edit someones posts it doesnt say i did whats that ?

If I post something and a user post right after me and I edit my post it will have last edit by .....


If no user posted after me you wont get the message unless you type the reason why you edit it.

If a user edits someones post it wont show it unless they put the reason why.

I don't get what you mean its not showing the date/time.
