Hi is there any way you can have access for a specific user group to use chat box.

You can use an XAT chatbox and make it private...btw...

Do we even have a chatbox on this forum b/c if not we seriously need to get one and how do you do that any way...

Yes we do.

On the homepage (index) scroll down, and click the "Join the chatbox" link Cool

Also, make sure you read the Chatbox Rules
