Banner Needed

Hi, I need a banner for my forum, if anyone can make one thats close to the following I'd like that.
Main Text: Grass Whistle Forums
Slogan Text: As long as the sun shines, the grass grows, and the river flows...
Pictures: Ludicolo, Leafeon, Roserade (These are Pokemon, if that helps.)
Backgroud Color/Color Scheme: Red, Green, and Blu
Pixel size: 550x220 (Around that, normal banner sizeish, not too big)
Extras: Try to make the edges faded, if its not too much trouble. :]
