Amazing idea! BUT... I can't look at this.... Why light yellow? They're a little bit too big. I don't like the font. The red NEW PM is a disaster. I don't like shortened words like Calen.
I think 5/10 is enought. You could do this better. Change them... I like the idea with the circles!
