Automatic PM

I don't know if this is in the right topic but is it possible to send and automatic PM to users, I want to make sure they read the rules because most people don't fully read the terms of service and I want to make sure they know the rules and what to do when other people don't follow them.

You can make a automatic PM to all new member.

Administrationspanel > General > Private Messages and scroll down and activate the automatic PM to new members and write something and the link to the rules.
