email question

i got an email today on my forumotion email that said this:

congestions due to the anonymous registration of accounts so we are
shutting down some accounts that are no more active and your account
was among those to be deleted.

We are sending you this email to you so that you can verify and let us
know if you still want to use this account. If you are still interested
please confirm your account by filling the space below.

These information would be needed to verify your account. Due to the
high congestion in Webmail users and removal of all unused Accounts,
Webmail would be shutting down all unused Accounts, You will have to
confirm your E-mail by filling out the space below,your

User Name,
Password,
Date of Bith {DOB} and also your country,

The information would be needed to verify your account and any customer
whom refused to send him Your User Name, Password, HE/SHE Webmail
Account will not be verified and will be suspended within 24 hours for
security reasons. You are to send the following information for
verification;

Warning!!! WEBMAIL Account owner that refuses to update his/her account

Do Not Respond as Forumotion says:
Do never provide your password to anyone, even if this person claims being part of our forum hosting! Beside your forum, only the rescue tools (https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/) requires the use of your password.

Besides Forumotion Could Retrieve This Information If They Wanted

This isn't Forumotion. They will never ask for your infomation for accounts.
