Where do I go to to change the limit for the number of charecters in a topic title?

Click edit in the message, and where is written "Subject" should change the title

Control Panel> General> Messages, and Emails MP> Settings:
look at the bottom of the page by:
Length of the title of the topic: (Customize want to)
