PM - Special Field Under Avatar

Hey guys, I wanted to know how to make a Special Field under a person's Avatar (Profile) that has the image PM and redirects to the place where you can PM this person right away, because it becomes a little bit of a hassle of going to the person's profile and clicking PM.

I just want it to show under the Avatar when they have posted something, so if there people see this person and want to PM them right away, then they can.

you can only have the link in the position where it is here on the support forum, or underneath the post; varying between skin to skin.

There is no possible way to have the PM button underneath ur avatar, other than how we have it here.
