Is it possible to upload a banner to your forum?

Hello,
In this second, I am making a banner to my website - is it impossible, to make them, so they can sit here: https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/img8/9022/unavngivetsha.png?

That would be ad's from Google and you will be needing Credits to remove them.

I'm having difficulty just uploading a new banner! im confused! i'm computer literate, not forumotion literate!

Help: ACP>display>pics management>Advanced> upload your banner in there.
