Solved BackGround Doesnt Show

Please i need help.Im trying to change the back ground image.Heres my site

But it wont show.Ive tryed everything.Can i please get some help

So you went to Admin panel>>Display Tab>>Pic Management>>Simple Mode>>Click on BackGround Image>>Add URL>>Save?

I can see it there.but when i open up the forum itself.The skins background is there
