All my members albums have disappeared from the gallery this morning. There is only old pictures in the back up facility.

I wonder if a member of staff can tell me why all my members albums disappeared from the gallery and where are they? There not even in my gallery picture back up.

There were several albums belonging to members. They were not uploaded by me. Secondly the ones I uploaded are not in my servimg account either. I think they are held maybe by forumotion or some other servimg account.?

All albums were in the gallery and disappeared over night. In the gallery there is a 30 day back up but there not in there either.

The gallery is something we have to pay for using credits on a yearly basis. I do not know where the pictures are stored.

I would like to retrieve the albums.
