how to add stuff in iframe

hi i have a music player on my forum, i wanted to add it to i iframe so that it doest chnage when the page is changed or refreshed, how can i add a player to the iframe, thanks.

It would have to be on the same page as the source of the iframe...

the music player is in a widget, can i put the ifram code in the widget box then add the code for the music player in it? and i am using the invision.
