Subject Prefix Empty Subject Prefix

Firstly I would like to say i'm sorry if i have posted this topic in the wrong section, i'm new at this forum and know much.

Is there anyway of adding a Prefix next to the Subject Box in my forum?
What I mean is have options e.g. Movie, Cartoon etc

Once again i'm sorry if this has been posted in the wrong section.
