I was wondering if there was any way to make a category section at the bottom of my forum which shows the most active/hottest topics.

Like the one on this forum template.

Is there anyway i could do this?
How would i go about making it?

But i want it at the bottom of my page in a different color like it is on the template. But if it can't be done then, nvm...

Wdigets can be placed on the Bottom of the Portal only. Other pages can only have them on the sides.
