Well I've used the search and I got a really old topic and it didn't really helP
So how do we change the crusor on forums???
Are there any scripts/ sites that provide scripts for crusors???
and if there is where do we put the script???

That should help, also just search on this forum for cursor. You will get many topics lately that were related to adding new cursors to the forum.
