please help me,
how to design my forum in order to any forums only can be acessed by spesific members, not a moderators, but member with post minimum spesified, not a special rank,

i already create rank to my forum's members start from NOVICE, BEGINNER, up to EXPERT,
but i want to NOVICE can only acces spesific forum that i want and BEGINNER up to EXPERT can acces all,

i do this because many members in my forum (>200 members) don't post anything after they register,

You will have to make groups that are called Novice, Beginner and up to Expert. Once you do that you can go the categories & Forums and set the permissions to allow certian groups.

how to i can add member to group just already i created based on limit post that i made, not i add them one by one ?

All you do is go to the group and add the members username in add member.

That is not possible on Forumotion. You will have to add them one by one.
