why is it like this?

The basic CSS is where you can add little extra codes, such as a custom cursor, forum effect, etc. That is just how it's being read. Is that what happens when you view source?

thx for replyin , yes it happens when i view it . when i copy and paste at the CSS place . it becomes realy weird . no identations and enter , and it becomes more weirder ... so how to fix it Smile
