HTML login help.

I am making a website in the forum so member's can have more fun. I want to add this at the start of the website

But how can I make it so when they login they enter a new page only availible by login within the website? And how can I make it so that it says "Hello, [Name of user]" And also how can I make member only field's like profile and styuff like that? AND how can I make a register form.....Sorry for the bother...... Thanks in advance ^_^

No it is a coolbb forum. I just used HTML pages to add a template with HTML and create like a website from HTML. And I am not half way done yet but I want a login and registration form to make it personal account's for them like profiles.

mm..to creaete a form it must be linked to the database of the forum..and i think that is so hard to do that..as we are not allowed to enter the very advanced panel of the board..of the domain i mean

....I mean like they register in the forum and then when in the website they can login! Is that possible?
