Keep PHPBB2

I have heard that PHPBB2 may be eliminated. My reply to that is that I will leave and forget about Forumotion if Forumotion eliminates PHPBB2. I know PHPBB2 is old...and there are better versions. But me and other members think that it should stay. I am not sure how fast new versions are coming...or if PHPBB2 is ever going to be eliminated...but I want it to stay. I spend about $156 a year on credits for my forum (I am starting to now)...and I will hate to see that go to waste if I delete my forum if PHPBB2 is eliminared. So vote if you think that Forumotion should keep PHPBB2.

Who in the world said Phpbb2 is going away? All I know is that Jalokim said in his views that it could be removed but its not up to him but the techs themself. This does belong to the suggestion section. So I will lock this topic.

its W3c schools that dictate the flow of the web.

Later this year HTML 5 is coming out (or Xhtml 3 which ever winds the dispute thats currently happening)
and 2010 or 2011, is the birth of CSS 3 ... these new systems are going to be less and less compatible on phpbb2, especially seeing as phpbb2 was coded on HTML 3 ...

Worst part is that no-one is making update compatibility mods for phpbb2, unless forumotion devellops it themselves.
Phpbb2 is not going to go away anytime soon , but W3c schools has invested more into phpbb3 devellopment.
