Adding a HTML link?

Hi, i have searched through the forums but i did not manage to find the answer to my query xD. Well here it goes.....

Is it possible for me to add a link under forums(not under nav bar but rather together with the categories and forums) so that i can click on the HTML link to be redirected to the url?

Yes you can:

ACP=>General Tab=>Forum=>Categories and forums=>Choose forum=>HTML Description Box=>Enter the html link code=>Save
