hi guys, is it possible to add an announcement to the registration page? for wannabe members to read before joining etc...

Yes,you can.

You can add extra rules for the person to agree/disagree at the registration page if the person wants to join your forums.

ACP=>General Tab=>Rules and FAQ=>Additional Rules=>Rules addition field=>Type in message=>Save
