images that are not in the min max canvas size are thrown away.
The staff will choose a winner.

yeah,kiid is right..hellboy was a staff but after somedays he resigned..

and also I think he can make a contest..
Here is something in rule..
Graphic contest - Here members can challenge others to collab sigs or any other graphics based contests

Contests are only started by Staff members or those privileged to do so.
The rules are not updated cos at that time there was no GFX staff.


And hellboy was not staff when that contest was started.
I gave hellboy permission because I was testing his abilities.

Only staff start contests, and since the staff have no background work behind this it is still locked.
