Is there a way to use forumotion's software and install it to my own server?

No, as we dont have accesss to the Database, we cant do this.

Forumotion won't give the database to their users. They have full rights to it and if you want there is more infomation about the database https://help.forumotion.com/juridical-tutorials-f40/forumotion-s-forum-databases-t6668.htm
